END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR DOUBL Effective: March 2025 This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the mobile application "Doubl" ("App"), provided by Doubl – Vincent Adler ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, you must immediately cease using the App. 1. License Grant and Restrictions We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App unless explicitly permitted by applicable law. 2. Account Creation and Management Using Doubl requires creating a personal account. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You may delete your account directly through the in-app settings or by contacting our support team. 3. User-Generated Content You may upload and share text, images, event descriptions, and participate in user chats. You explicitly agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that: Promotes or depicts violence, hate speech, discrimination, illegal activities, or harassment. Contains offensive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material. Violates intellectual property rights or privacy of others. Constitutes spam, misinformation, or deceptive practices. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Such content will be promptly removed, and offending users may be suspended or permanently banned. Users can report inappropriate content directly within the App, and all reports will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. 4. User Interaction and Conduct Users can interact via friend requests, event creation and participation, and chat communications. Users may block other users to prevent further communication. Doubl explicitly prohibits abusive behavior, harassment, threats, discrimination, bullying, or any form of harmful interaction. Violations of these standards will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. Doubl is not liable for interactions between users within or outside the App. 5. Data Protection and Privacy Doubl collects and stores personal data, including your name, username, profile description (bio), email address, registration date, and additional data as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Es ist Ihnen untersagt, Inhalte hochzuladen, die Gewalt, Hassrede, Diskriminierung, illegale Aktivitäten, Spam, Urheberrechtsverletzungen, Persönlichkeitsrechtsverletzungen oder andere unzulässige Inhalte enthalten. Wir verfolgen eine Null-Toleranz-Politik bezüglich unangemessener Inhalte. Verstöße führen zur unverzüglichen Entfernung der Inhalte und zur Sperrung oder Löschung des betreffenden Benutzerkontos. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, you must immediately cease using the App. 1. License Grant and Restrictions We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
